Just after one A.M. that Saturday
Soaked to the bone, but I could not feel it
I just found love, I could not conceal it
She said good night, I had a lovely evening
Blew a kiss my way as I was leaving
And all of my darkness filled with her light
And I found a bright new day late that night
And I felt my heart beating fast and loud
No longer just another lonely face in the crowd
And I knew there was no earthly way to break that spell

Driving in circles grinning like a fool
